Veggies and Fruitsies Five a Day on another level

Recently I became an extreme lover of Fruits! and vegetables...

In my travels, I discovered that in Belgium, the serve them on waffles, many different types with dollops of heart threatening cream that it's hilariously hard to reach the actual waffle. It's true, Belgians really do love waffles! Just like the French love crepes. When you visit these places, there are stands on every corner offering a variety of sweet tasty treats which London has tried to replicate.

The Spanish (in Costa Del Sol at least) sell various amounts of humongous fruits and vegetables which are unfamiliar to the West, even the internal views differ! Moreover, enjoy using olive oil on bread to the point that margarine is rare.

Malawians use Tomatoes and Onions as there base for any sauce they may create and seeing the sizzling in the pan together, with dashes of seasoning really sets the taste buds to work.

The Greek love love love their olives and have good reason to for they are fresh and virgin of the preservation used in olive jars.

The point is, all these places have plentiful produce which is used on the regular and we in the West and stick to our mediocre roast vegetables, fruit salad or strawberries and cream.
(Sings) #Let's experiment!#

Today, why don't you grace your vegetables with the weird and wonderful?
Mix up the flavours!
A way to start is fresh salad leaves, tuna or any type of flaked fish, feta cheese, tomato, avocado, fig, orange and cucumber drizzled with Olive oil and sprinkled with Herbimare!

Or make a Courgette cake.
